 Provide you with a free initial inspection

 and estimate.

 Step 2

 Remove leaf material and debris from

 your roof and gutters.

 Step 3

 Clean your roof to remove dirt and fungus.

 The cleaning method to be used is assessed

 at the time of inspection based on roof

 condition and age. A low-pressure chemical

 wash may be used or a high-pressure

 power-wash may be used.

 Step 4

 Replace missing and worn cedar shakes.

 Re-nail or replace curled and raised shakes.

 Step 5

 Our craftsman use the superior cedar shim

 method to correct areas of exposed roof

 felt in between the keyways of the shakes.

 Step 6

 Re-nail loose nails and ridge caps.

 Step 7

 Caulk and secure flashing around chimneys

 and vent pipes.

 Step 8

 Apply oil-based treatment. Application of

 oil-based preservatives is recommended by

 experts in wood exterior maintenance. 

 We blend paraffin oil with preservatives and

 apply with high volume spray for maximum

 restoration of your roof's beauty and

 resistance to damage from weathering

 and other causes. Our oil treatment provides

 additional UV inhibitors, fire retardants,

 fungicides and moisture- resistant barriers that

 minimize water damage.

 Wash your house and other property to

 remove solution and debris with hose and

 soap detergent.
