~Removal & disposal of old roof (includes removal & disposal of gutters as requested per customer)

 

~Replacement or re-working of flashing as necessary comparable to existing

 

~Installation of ice and water shield along eaves, in valleys, around skylights,  and around chimney(s)

         

~Installation of new UL Rated 15 felt (unless otherwise specified)

 

~Installation of new vent pipe collars

         

~Replacement of damaged wood decking as necessary (additional charge)

         

~Neat clean-up of job site with magnet, to include cleaning of gutters
